We love when celebrities recognize people who work dangerous jobs, putting their lives on the line to protect us, and Dolly Parton is one to give them the recognition they deserve.

Dolly has made it known in the past how grateful she is for everyone that helped to protect Dollywood and her home from the Tennessee wildfires in 2016.

Well Dolly is doing that once again by recognizing the Tennessee Fire Departments and making a generous donation to eight volunteer fire departments $20,000 and $40,000 to the training centers, bringing the total to $200,000!

Dolly started the My People Fund in 2016 in order to raise money for those who lost their home in the wildfires in Tennessee.

Way to go Dolly!

What a great way to give back to those who do so much for us!
