During these crazy times, the Pittsburgh Aviation Animal Rescue Team is helping your pets!

PAART will be giving out bags of pet food from 11am to 2pm on Friday, May 8th at the Allegheny County Airport.

In association with the Allegheny County Airport Authority, PAART is donating 75,000 pounds of dog and cat food to help the animals of Pittsburgh families.

PAART posted on their Facebook event saying, "We ask that you please stay in your car, keep your gloves and masks on, as our team will load one bag of food per vehicles into your open trunk. PAART will be enforcing a strict no contact policy to ensure your safety as well as ours."

The event will last until 2pm or until supplies run out.

Please do not arrive at the Allegheny County Airport before 11am.

This is the second time that PAART has given out food; The organization gave out 80,000 pounds of food in April.
