I BELIEVE THAT EVERY SUMMER SHOULD HAVE ONE OF THESE.

An ice cream festival is coming to the burgh!!!

According to goodfoodpittsburgh.com, Yelp is doing it to celebrate National Ice Cream Month! (I had no idea that was even a thing, but thanks for bringing it to my attention, Yelp! Clearly we're all going to celebrate accordingly!)

ANYWHO - This festival is happening on July 21st at the Frick from 5pm-8pm! Totally free to get in, but there is a suggested donation of $10, with proceeds benefiting the Frick! Which is not a terrible price to pay for all you're gonna get:

You'll be able to sample ice cream from all your favorite local spots!

  • Bella Christie’s
  • Betsy’s Ice Cream
  • Churn
  • Frick Pittsburgh
  • Klavon’s
  • Graeter’s Ice Cream
  • Greek Gourmet – Greek Freeze
  • IceBox Creamery & Cafe
  • Meadows of Monroeville
  • Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt
  • Sewickly Confectionary
  • Stickler’s Ice Pops
  • Sugar Spell Scoops

On top of that, they'll have face-painting and games on the lawn for the kiddos, plus a DJ and cash bar for the adults!

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday this summer, amiright?! Get more details here!
