90 New COVID-19 Cases Reported in Allegheny County, 1 Death

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Allegheny County Health Department says there have been 90 new COVID-19 cases in Allegheny County in the last 24 hours and one new death related to the virus.

Postive cases came from tests conducted September 7-14. The reported death was a person in their 70s, associated with a long-term care facility.

The county also issued a correction. On Monday, no new deaths were reported, however there was one - a person in their 90s. That death was also connected to a long tern care facility.

Since March, there have been 11,358 cases of COVID-19 reported in Allegheny County and 363 deaths.
